Shipping

US domestic shipping

The goods you are purchasing are customized and it takes about 2 weeks from the time you order for us to process, produce, and ship your order. We utilize both USPS and UPS as our shipping partners. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package in transit.

International shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.


RETURNS

Returns
The goods we sell are customized and cannot be returned, unless your item came defective or was damaged in shipping. Additionally, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We will issue an RMA for return and will send a replacement free of charge.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges except for as mentioned above.
